Katelyne Marquez (Katie)

This is being created on behalf of, and in honor of, my cousin Katie. On Wednesday, September 7th, Katie passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Leaving our entire family heartbroken and distraught. Leaving a little boy without his mother, FOREVER. 

Katie was only 23 yrs old when she was taken from us. But, boy did she touch a lot of lives in those short years. She was a BEAUTIFUL person inside and out. Always had a smile on her face. No matter what the situation was. She was very loving and careing, and got along with everyone she met. 

The one thing Katie wanted in life was to be a mom. She was finally given that opportunity and had a handsome baby boy (Jayce), who just turned 1 in June. Her love for that boy was apparent. She loved him more than anything and was the best mom out there. Everyone who knows her knows that. She not only leaves behind her baby. She also leaves behind her mother Debbie, and father David. As well as Jayce's father, Tyler; 4 siblings, and a ton of other close family members who love her so very much and are devastated. Not to mention the friends who loved her too. 

Nobody was prepared for this tragic loss. 

This is being set up in hopes to help pay for a nice memorial and any other expenses that the family and Tyler now have. Every dollar of what is left, after the memorial cost, will go into an account for Jayce and Tyler. Tyler is now the only caretaker and sole provider for little Jayce. He's suddenly and unexpectedly became the only one responsible for every expense for him and baby, while trying to greive a difficult loss.

Details surrounding her death are few and far between, as its an ongoing investigation. We still do not know exactly what happened that night.
