Hello, everyone! We are Kate and Larry, and this year we have made the USA Grappling Team. This is Kate's second year on the team and Larry's first year. We will be competing in Astana, Kazakhstan in October. Due to an injury, Kate thought she was going to miss her opportunity to represent USA this year, but with a healthy and speedy recovery, Kate was offered an invitation to compete again in the Gi at 64kg. Larry had placed 2nd in Team Trials in late June, and will be competing in both the Gi and Nogi at 62kg. We need to self-fund the trip this year. Your donations will help fund our flights, room and board, gear, and licensing.
