The Katches family home was lost yesterday in the River Fire. Luckily both Jim and Renee were home and in less than an hour grabbed what they could, not much, their cat, tent trailer and some essentials and headed out as the fire was approaching up the canyon. This money will help them get back on their feet with some essentials as they grieve the lost of their home and start the process to rebuilding both literally and mentally.
