*Updates at Bottom

Hi all my name is Kahnisha…
Chris and myself are sharing this on behalf of Kataka Corn.

As you may know we have shared the devastating news of the vehicle accident in the early afternoon Of Saturday October 28th. There is not much details of the actual accident other than what has been shared.
Four to Five car pile up and they were T-boned on the (left) Driver side, Kataka has double ring fracture in her pelvic area that will need surgery, multiple fractures in the sacrum (tailbone) and a few more other fractures in the left (fibula) lower leg.

Things always change for the better or the worse in the hospital setting and we are very hopeful that there will only be the one surgery needed!
But what we do KNOW is that Kataka most definitely will need us to rally together and support them, with encouraging words of wisdom and most importantly helping them make it through this rough recovery we have ahead of them, Chris and/or myself will do our very best with keeping everyone in the know of updates of the immediate future and a bit more longer term in the sense of medically/surgically what they will be facing head on as allowed.

Kataka is in great spirits with the situation at hand. We all know how absolutely resilient this brilliant ARTIST actually is so let’s please please continue to lift them.

Update número uno: ☝️
First I cannot begin to explain the amount of gratitude I feel… Thank each and everyone of you whom have shared GFM link over 1,500 times in under 24hrs time (Ty Ty) and all those who donated in Support that Kataka will carry NO burden financially in weeks to come and of course the words of encouragement flooding the newsfeeds on IG, FB, TT and TwitterX
We know now Kataka is absolutely undoubtedly LOVED and Cherished by their peers in the Artistic world they have so graciously blessed with their talent.
-THANK YOU ALL

UPDATE 2 : Drs. held off on Surgery again today, Kataka was uncomfortable pain wise, doctors finally got it back undercontrol and then its still The hurry up and wait game… With mom (Chris) keeping them company through the day and making sure the nurses are treating Kataka well.

UPDATE 3,4 and 5
Kataka received surgery two days ago and they finally found a way to control the pain a bit more, they have started physical therapy (which they didn’t like too much) but considering the amount of pain they are in, who would?
We are hoping although the recovery has just begun, fingers crossed that they will be able to come home soon and be comfortable in their own bed.

Update 8

Kataka is now begun the long road of recovery in their own home.
We would like to Thank you all for the immense amount of encouragement and support you have sent thus far.
Words could never explain the amount of gratitude we have for friends, family and general community that have personally reached out.

Thank you all that have continued to donate and sharing if the GFM.

Love, Peace and Good Vibes ❤️❤️❤️
