Help Kat not go into debt!

My name is Kat and I am an autistic trans woman living in rural Florida. I am struggling with paying off my phone bill, and a loan I used to get noise cancelling headphones. I needed the headphones to deal with sensory issues as an autistic person. I suffer much less having these headphones, but now I am in debt. If I were to go with the company's payment plan, I would owe about $2.2K, but if I can pay them off by mid April I would only owe $1k. I am also struggling to find a job, so if I cannot get one near the end of April, I will be unable to pay any of the bills and will go into debt and potentially have my phone number taken away, which will make finding a job even harder. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
