Hi my name is Judy, and I'm starting this fundraiser to help out Kat and seven year old Finn. I met Kat when my daughter started prep at Windsor Primary School at the same time as Finn.

Unfortunately in early November the apartment above Kat and Finn in Windsor caught fire and the resulting damage left their place uninhabitable and most of their belongings destroyed or damaged. To make matters worse, Kat recently returned to the apartment to retrieve some belongings only to find the place had been ransacked, with many items including TV, bike and jewellery (including heirlooms) taken.

Kat is a single mum who graduated with a Bachelor of Photography last year. She is working hard to build her photography career, but this means her income is sporadic and it can be tough to make ends meet. Kat and Finn are currently living in temporary accomodation while they attempt to find an affordable rental in the same area so Finn can stay near school and his friends. Despite all this Kat always has a smile on her face and her energy is infectious.

Can you help Kat and Finn get back on their feet? Cost of living is affecting everyone, but every little bit helps.
