Greetings! It is our sincere pleasure to reconnect with you today and present a pivotal initiative that requires our collective support—the 2024-2025 KASWEA Junior Faculty Seed Grant and Scholarship and KASWEA community building gatherings Fundraising Campaign.

Last year, thanks to your generous contributions, we successfully merged the spring and fall fundraising phases for the KASWEA Junior Faculty Seed Grant and Scholarship Awards into a single campaign. Given its remarkable success, we have decided to adopt the unified approach again this year.

This year, we are also excited to expand our support to include gatherings at key events, particularly the KASWEA Annual Meeting at the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and the Society for Social Work and Research (SSWR) Conference. These gatherings are vital for fostering networking, informal mentoring, professional development, and the exchange of ideas, creating a nurturing environment for the KASWEA community.

Our shared commitment to fostering excellence and nurturing emerging talent drives us to continue supporting the academic community. Accordingly, this year, we aim to raise $4,500 to empower the next generation of Korean scholars through our Junior Faculty Seed Grant and Scholarship program. We invite you to join us once again in this endeavor. Your donation will directly impact the future of our junior faculty and scholarship recipients, enabling them to achieve their full potential and drive innovation within our field.
