Since 2018, KASWEA has supported the research projects of junior faculty, and more than $9,000 has been awarded to those who have proposed a creative research project. Last year, your generosity allowed one junior faculty to conduct their research (total $2,000). To continue this noble tradition to help our junior faculty thrive while conducting their research and in academia, the fundraising committee has set a goal to raise $3,000 by March 15, 2021. The grant will be awarded at the annual program meeting of the Council on Social Work Education in November 2021. 

 

We are therefore asking for your generous support for 2021 again. We are fully aware that many of you have contributed to our fundraising despite feeling a financial pinch. We would like to reiterate that we really do appreciate your support.
