KASWEA' 2022 Doctoral Scholarship Fundraiser

Dear KASWEA Members,

It is an honor to announce the 2022 scholarship fundraising effort for doctoral students who will be attending the Council on Social Work Education 2022 Annual Program Meeting (2022 CSWE APM).

Although COVID-19 is still active, we are slowly returning to our normal, pre-COVID life. The 2022 CSWE APM is coming back to Anaheim, California in November this year. We are expecting to see all KASWEA members at the conference in person. Many doctoral students may be planning to attend to enhance their career paths at the APM. Thus, KASWEA is conducting a fundraising effort to alleviate the financial burden of doctoral members attending the APM. To relieve the financial burden related to this conference, we have been raising funds since 2013 that are awarded yearly to several selected doctoral students so they can attend the CSWE APM. We are deeply grateful to all the members who gave to our previous fundraising activities.

We should uphold the noble tradition that our senior members have built up, and it is time for us to renew our collective efforts for our future junior members in 2022. Please consider your kind contribution to this effort so that our students can achieve their career goals. We humbly ask for your donations, and we thank you for your ongoing support. As we go through this challenging time together, remember that this shall also pass.
