In February 2018, Kasey realized her heart rate was racing, and she felt like she was going to faint. After driving herself to the hospital and discovering that her hemoglobin levels were beyond "heart attack" range and her iron level was far below normal, she had a blood transfusion on the spot.
Since then, Kasey has had 13 blood transfusions and was told that her iron levels would eventually get to a normal level and the blood transfusions would cease.
In May, Kasey was on a camping trip with her husband of 4 years, Nick when her heart began racing once again. They immediately headed to the hospital and began testing.
Test results revealed a golf ball sized tumor in Kasey's stomach. Because of the location of the tumor and the aggressive form of cancer, Kasey and Nick need all the prayers and finanial support they can get!
Any amount will help! We truly appreciate the support!
