Recently, Karsyn Rae Thomas, the daughter of Sarah Thomas, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Sarah has been a long-time employee of Marshall Health. She was part of the Marshall Pediatrics family for 17 years before taking on her new role as the Patient Centered Medical Home Manager.
One of the beautiful things about working so closely together is our ability to show up for each other in a time of need. Karsyn is facing months of treatment and the Thomas family will face many challenges. At times such as these, the last thing a family should have to worry about is the financial burdens that invariably accompany a serious illness.
We would love to help alleviate some of the worry for Karsyn, Sarah and the entire Thomas family. To that end, we are creating a GoFundMe page for Karsyn.
