Karol Schmidt, 59, was taken from us too soon on Friday, August 21st. She was a beloved mother to two beautiful and strong daughters Savannah Nieser and Melissa Carver. She was accompanied daily by her boyfriend of 9 years, Bruce Grubbs, and always surrounded with loving nieces and nephews such as Anjela, Bobbie Sabrina, Robert, and Jontue. Karol also enjoyed spending time with her great nieces and nephews Alicia, Alyzea, Anthony, Demetrio and Mia. To say Karol was loved by all is an understatement. Everyone who knew her or was was close to her could tell you the same thing.. whoever you were, if your path crossed hers, she would treat you as family. Karol kept a smile on everyone’s face and always made sure everyone was taken care of.  We will miss her every day for the rest of our time here on Earth, and we look forward to the day we will see her again. 

Karol had recently lost her mother, Mary Ann Schmidt, just a few months prior her passing and before that her father, Gerald Schmidt, as well. It has been a very tough time for their family and now losing Karol only adds more to their pain. Her daughters and family need us now more than ever. We ask that you please help us with anything you can towards Karol’s funeral expenses so that we can lay her to rest properly as she would’ve wanted next to her mom and dad.
