Karmen sugery fund

Health insurance company has refused to cover the cost of a surgery that will take away her pain and suffering. And has refused appeals from us as well as her Surgeon. The insuramce company denied the sugery. We, along with her Doctors have filed appeals. Anthem Blue cross and Blue Shield has passed their own 30 day dead line for a response to the appeal. A second "emergency" appeal was requested in which they, by their own policy, had 72 hours to respond. Its been 3 weeks.Her quality of life is diminishing fast. I cant stand to watch her suffer any longer.  Karmen has 3 slipped disks. The L5 has slipped off the tailbone. Essentially its dilocated. The slippage is pulling on nerves causing severe leg pain. Surgery is the only fix. Chiropractors, Physical therapists, and 2 neurosurgeons agree this is the only way to alleviate some or all of the pain. The surgery is gunna cost us 250,000.
