This October, Karla, our baby sister, has been diagnosed with cancer. Her doctors and support team are rallying to do all they can and to get her the best treatment. On October 21, she travelled to Lethbridge to begin this treatment. 

Karla is an amazing Mom to two wonderful kids. Keeley, 18, who just recently started nursing school in Medicine Hat. Carter, 14, is an avid hockey and lacrosse player and goes to high school. 

Karla supports herself as a bookkeeper extraordinaire. However, while continuing to attend appointments, as well as working on her health, she will not be able to manage her normal work schedule and routine.

Our Mom took a leave of absence from her job in order to move from Moose Jaw to live with Karla.  Dad is staying in Moose Jaw and looking after their home there so mom can be with Karla and help her in any way she can.

Karla always was, and still is, a strong fighter.

We ask that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Any help you can give to ease her mind with living and medical expenses while she works on healing is so very appreciated.
