Hi, I'm Jules, many of you will know our dear friend Karl Sampson. On behalf of his sister, Lisa Sampson, most will know he has been battling various issues especially in the last few months.

He is now having dialysis twice a week, and this is creating a great toll on his family. Not only for the dialysis itself, but also for the daily care he needs, as well as the transportation to and from the hospital. Here in St Lucia the costs mount up extremely quickly. Whilst we, as friends, have supported as best we can, dialysis is a long term necessity, as well as the need for physio to try and get him upwardly mobile.

We are therefore asking for support from his family and friends worldwide.

Any support you can offer will go a long way to helping his sister Lisa as she tries to keep everything afloat.
