Karl "Korky" Ebensteiner

On August 5th, 2022, after a year-long battle with early onset dementia, Korky Ebensteiner passed away, leaving behind his beloved wife, Trish, of 33 years. As friends of Trish, we wanted to create a lasting memorial in a location that would allow Trish to reflect on all her happy memories with Korky. Trish and Korky lived in Inver Grove Height for 25 years. Korky was a 30-year employee of the city of Inver Grove Heights in their public works department and knew that city inside out. Oakwood Park was located across the street from their home and was a place that both Trish and Korky frequented daily with their dogs Shamus and Roscoe. This park holds many special memories for Trish.

We are looking to raise $1600 to place an engraved stone bench in this park to memorialize Korky. Placing a bench in this location will provide a place where Trish, family and friends can go to remember Korky. Please help us reach our financial goal to create and install this lasting memorial.
