As some of you know, 12 years ago I had surgery on both of my eyes due to having congenital cataracts at a young age. All seemed to be in the past up until recently when my ophthalmologist discovered that the lens implant inside of my right eye is falling apart by the walls supporting the lens. I'm now required to have two back to back surgeries to fix the issue in my eye, and to replace the lens implant with a new one.

Even though I have the most expensive insurance my job offers, after what they cover I'm still required to pay a total of $2077 out of pocket before they can operate.

This hindered my plan of having this taken care of months ago, and even though I've been working my tail off to make this amount, as the days go by my vision in my right eye has been rapidly deteriorating. This has prevented me from taking matters into my own hands with having another second job to get it done. Heck.. Let alone to even drive safely, or other daily tasks i can no longer do due to my sight being impaired.

Most people know the kind of Man i am, and that i typically always take matters into my own hands sometimes even to a fault, but something in my spirit told me to reach out since this is actually pertaining to my health and overall well being.
