Karing for Kim "K4K"

As many of you are aware our dear friend and my sister-in-law, Kim Buchert, was diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer on Sept 2nd. She has already begun her battle against breast cancer. Her treatment plan in summary will include 6 months of chemo therapy, double mastectomy, 6 weeks of radiation followed by reconstructive surgery.
To say the least, the next year and half for Kim will be very challenging. Many have ask how they might help. Being a sole income the financial burden Kim faces is also substantial. She will have high medical cost to pay in addition to significant lost wages over the course of her treatment. We want to try to mitigate the financial burden for Kim by raising money towards these costs. 
This GoFundMe page is our first approach to help raise money. Of course we are exploring other fund raising options as well. Please consider giving a donation to help Kim kick cancer! Many small donations can really add up and make a difference!!!
