Hello, I am Khaleel, I have been living in Morocco for the past 5 years and in that time I have met and made some very great friends but none like Karim. I have known Karim since the first day I landed in Morocco. Karim went out of his way to show me the best parts of his country and was the reason I fell in love with this beautiful country and its people.

Karim is such a loving and caring soul, he is always smiling. Everything he does is for his family back home in his village of Talat N'Yaaqoub. Karim used to run a small bed and breakfast in the city of Marrakech but during the Covid lockdown he was eventually forced to close. But that didn't deter Karim right when everything got back to normal Karim was back working in a hostel to provide for his family!

Thank god during this recent Earthquake in Morocco Karim and his family escaped unharmed, they were able to get out of the house and into open area. Unfortunately during the earthquake his village was hit very hard because the proximity to the epicenter and now his family home is unlivable. I am asking today for anything to help Karim and his family get their home back. Part of the money will go towards getting tents and sleeping bags for his family so they aren't sleeping in the elements, the rest of the money will go towards rebuilding Karim's family home! Literally anything will help if you can't donate money please share the link to family and friends!
