Karen's Memories

Karen is my mother's wife, and for almost 30 years she has been the cornerstone of stability in our family, forever acting as the anchor in whatever storm buffeted my life, my brother Ben's life, or my mother's life. She taught us that we are worthy of love, and taught us to be the best version of ourselves. Karen has served the people around her for her whole life, most recently as an RN at the St Mary's emergency room in Rochester. Karen is also a wonderful grandmother to 5 grandchildren, with 1 on the way. Karen has Stage 4 Mucosal Melanoma cancer. She has essentially reached the end of medical treatment options. What remains is the opportunity to create an experience that will help her and my mom to make the most out of the time she has remaining. Because she has selflessly served others, we would like to provide her the needed funds to go on a vacation of a lifetime. Any amount donated will be GREATLY appreciated.
