Karen's Cancer Treatment Relief Fund

I am setting up this Go Fund Me for one of my favorite people in the whole world, Karen Shreve. If you know her, it’s likely that you feel the same way. We’re raising money to help cover her medical bills & living expenses while she receives treatment for stage 2 breast cancer. 

On September 21 2018 Karen’s husband of 35 years passed away after a lengthy and complicated health battle. For many years, Karen selflessly served as a caretaker for her husband, brother, mother and anyone else that needed help. There wasn’t anything that Karen wouldn’t do, when she could help she always did. No questions asked.

Karen’s health journey began right after Tony’s passing. 

Karen had a very needed and neglected hand and knee replacement surgery and was just getting ready to have her other knee replaced when a routine breast exam revealed stage 2 breast cancer.  

She recently had breast surgery, is currently going through radiation and will begin chemotherapy soon.

On top of the recent health challenges, Karen lost half of her monthly income. Karen is one of the most selfless people I know. There has never been a time she wasn’t willing to pitch in and help out, send a donation or give a helping hand. 

The purpose of this gofund me is to take the burden of financial worry off of her so she can just focus on beating this cancer!  She deserves to have some time in her life where she can have some peace, enjoy her family and grandchildren and live life on her terms!
