Karen's Cancer Support

Our friend Karen was recently diagnosed with advanced stage ovarian cancer that has spread to lymph nodes.

This difficult diagnosis, has been devastating. But we want to assure Karen that she is not alone in this fight and that those who love her are by her side.

Now that she's been through the first round of chemo, it is clear that the combination of her MS and chemo is going to require some specialized home health care from an oncology nurse over the course of treatment. Due to her limited mobility she's also going to need a hospital bed so she can stay downstairs. Much of what she needs will not be covered or fully covered by insurance. So we are raising funds to cover those costs along with other treatment related expenses that will arise.
