One spring 63 years ago, a baby girl was born into a Christian family in Oklahoma, our Sister Karen. Sister Karen was taught the Pentecostal truth in her twenties. In the days that followed, God guided her to Asians, especially Chinese souls. She worked in a prison outreach in Southern California. Over the course of three years, Pastor Karen conducted nearly 2,000 Bible studies, baptizing dozens of people. At most, 16 people were baptized together in prison. Pastor Karen has also visited China three times, holding Bible classes, and visiting about 50 families each time. In 2003, God led Reverend Karen to establish the "Asia Rock Church" for Chinese speakers in Sacramento. And at the same time, she expanded the ministry into Los Angeles. There,10 people were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, 7 of whom received the Holy Ghost.

 Since 2018, Pastor Karen went to China and used her education to begin her service, organized Bible studies, and baptized thirsty souls in the name of Jesus Christ. Recently, she collapsed in a Shanghai hospital with a cancerous relapse. This time, malignant cancer has spread to her brain and back. The back tumor affects her nerves which causes her could not walk and her feet to swallow so big and her brain in severe pain. Therefore, she is not able to come back to the US for treatment.  Because of the COVID pandemic, her family was unable to buy a ticket back to China. It is still searching for a ticket. Yet, our God remembered everything Pastor Karen had done for the country, and brothers and sisters from different churches in Shanghai were inspired to visit her, donate medical expenses, and work shifts day and night to take care of her at the hospital. Those brothers and sisters in Shanghai she has never met before, but their whole heartily love toward her is from God's love. Praise God! 

Reverend Karen was committed to God's call all her life, without considering her personal needs. At present, the conservative treatment plan developed for her by Shanghai Central Hospital is expected to cost nearly 200,000 Yuan (about $30,000 dollars). We appeal to everyone who loves God, whether she has served you or not, please help us support her urgently in your prayer or in financially. Thank you please help her according to your willingness. 从2018年,凯伦牧师来到中国,并用教育来开启她在中国的服侍工作,组织圣经学习,为渴慕的灵魂奉耶稣基督的名来施洗,直至今日因肿瘤复发病倒在上海的医院里. 由于疫情, 现在飞回中国的机票是一票难寻，她的家人还在等待回中国的机票. 祷告希望很快就可以有机票回去。 然而我们的神记念凯伦牧师为祂的国度所付出的一切,圣灵感动了来自上海不同教会的兄弟姐妹来探访她, 捐赠医疗费用, 并轮班日夜在她的病床前照顾.

凯伦牧师一生为上帝的呼召奔波, 未曾顾念个人需求. 目前,上海市中医院为她制定的保守治疗方案预计费用将近20万人民币.我们呼吁每一个爱神, 爱人的弟兄姊妹, 如果您看到了凯伦牧师的故事, 不论她是否服侍过您, 因着神的爱, 和凯伦牧师对灵魂的爱, 希望您能够携手支援, 帮助她度过生命的难关.

<马太福音25:35-40>: 因为我饿了, 你们给我吃. 渴了, 你们给我喝. 我作客旅, 你们留我住. 我赤身露体,你们给我穿. 我病了,你们来看顾我.我在监狱里, 你们来看我. 义人就回答说, 主啊, 我们什么时候见你饿了给你吃, 渴了给你喝. 什么时候见你作客旅留你住,或是赤身露体给你穿. 又什么时候见你病了,或是在监里, 来看你呢. 王要回答说, 我实在告诉你们,这些事你们既作在我这弟兄中一个最小的身上,就是作在我身上了.
