We're all still processing the passing of our much-missed colleague and friend Karen Friedlander. Many of you have asked where you can donate something in her memory.

Karen was devoted to her adopted goddaughter Victoria. As a Big Sister, she initially met Victoria as a girl and guided her through the many years since with a commitment that never wavered. When Victoria herself gave birth, Karen was right there for her as any devoted grandmother would be. Today, Victoria is a thriving nursing student and young mother. So much that is good in her life can directly be traced to Karen.

We could think of no better tribute to Karen than to raise some funds for Victoria. Valiant and deserving, she's living proof that the power of Karen's love lives on.
