Karen Abbott and Mike Pernell's medical and funeral cost

Karen Abbott, beautiful partner of 16 years to our dear son, brother, cousin, nephew and friend Mike Pernell lost her courageous medical battle earlier today. For the past year, Karen had been in and out of hospital. For the past 6 months, her conditions worsened. Suffering from heart disease with an artificial heart valve, kidney disease and kidney failure, diabetes, Nash which is non alcoholic fatty liver cirrhosis, blood clotting (thickening) issues from the heart defect and liver issues. Karen had been hospitalized for the past 3 months with Mike off work and by her side thru this whole ordeal. As you can imagine, all of both emergency time, pay and money depleted rapidly during this time.

Today, we are reaching out to family, friends, former Co workers and beyond to attempt to help Mike cover the enormous amount of bills he has to face. Any amount given will be greatly appreciated and please feel free to share as perhaps someone's heart my be touched to give a donation.
