Hi, I’m head coach of Chris Ewing Karate, I have 5 athletes selected to compete in the Karate Commonwealth Games in South Africa, Durban ,28-29th November this year. We are our doing a 24hr cycle challenge to raise funds to help our athletes with the costs , flights alone are £1067,

the sponsored event is two members will cycle for 30mins rotation for 24hrs , one of our fitness Sponsors “Pure Gym “ Fort kinnard are letting us hold the event at their gym 19th October.
