I have started this for my sister Kara who has recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It has come at a complete shock, but she is ready to fight and kick cancers butt! As expected, she will need to undergo treatment which will take an unknown amount of time.

A little bit about Kara... she is a 34 year old devoted mum of 3, along with 2 bonus children from her loving partner Andrew. She is an amazing person, so loving, caring, always giving and there to help those who need it.

Kara is a passionate hairdresser, who puts so much love and care into her clients hair. She spends majority of her working time standing. With treatment, there will come a point that she is no longer able to work and provide income for her family. With the rising cost of everything at the moment, this will no doubt place undue stress on an already stressful situation.

Funds raised will be used to cover medical bills and general living expenses while she is unable to work. We want Kara to be able to focus on fighting this and recovering, not on the financial stresses that come with it.
