Kara's Breast Cancer Recovery Fundraiser

PLEASE HELP Kara (ShiningStarKW), who was diagnosed in February with invasive breast cancer. She has had two breast surgeries and will continue to be under medical treatment for the next 5 years. She developed lymphedema after her first surgery as a result of the removal of a lymph node when they removed the tumor. Kara has had limited use of her arms for several weeks after each surgery and has had post-surgery complications that have prolonged her healing and expenses. Since February Kara has only been able to work full-time for a month and a half, limiting her income while her expenses have gone up. In addition to medical bills, Kara has incurred expenses related to her recovery.
