Karas Amputation and Rehabilitation Fund

Hi I am trying to raise funds to help Lotte and Woggle out with the planned amputation of Karas leg. Kara injured her shoulder chasing a squirrel and after a while xrays were necessary as this did not heal as expected. As a result cancer was found in the shoulder bone and after some soul searching we decided that an amputation to remove the leg and cancer was the best cause of action.

Jeff would have made the same decision as Kara is not yet ready to join him in Freyas Fields.

These funds will help with the vet costs, any rehabilitation costs, medicine costs and some vital adaptations to the boat to make access for Kara a lot easier.

I hope you will give what ever you can as Lotte and Woggle were kind enough to take Kara on after Jeff died and have cared for her outstandingly and they really need a helping hand to be able to continue caring for her.

Life will be a challenge for Kara being a tripod but she is smart, full of life and will adapt for sure.

So any funds raised will give her the best possible chance to beat the cancer and get back to living her best life with the people that love her.
