On June 12th Kara suffered from what the doctors and surgeon thought was a ruptured appendix with  intestinal blockage and a large abcess in her small intestine.  She was transported to the ER by ambulance and was admitted in the hospital and was  treated with Antibiotics. Kara spent weeks at hospital. After undergoing several  tests and procedures the doctors doagnosed her with Crohn's Disease.  A biopsy was taken from the small Intestine and came back inconclusive. After having an endoscopy and colonoscopy the results came back that the a part of her small intestine called the ileum is infected and swollen and the opening is obstructed. Kara is a caring, sweet and a happy little girl with a big heart.  She is being so strong and brave
