Hi my name is Chloe, I'm starting this go fund me to help Kara with some of the unexpected expenses to bring Phoenix home. We all loved Phoenix, and Phoenix if he was still here he would be the first to donate. He was an amazing friend, son and brother. He would go out of his way to help anyone he cared about.
