About Our Philanthropy:

The Apple Cup Run is an opportunity for the members of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity to raise money and awareness for the various organizations benefitting from the Military Heroes Campaign.

These organizations include SEAL Legacy Foundation, Veterans Moving Forward, Veteran Success Resource Group, and Homes For Our Troops.

The Kappa Sigma Military Heroes Campaign is committed to supporting ongoing care for our military veterans and their families. Since 2007, the Kappa Sigma Military Heroes Campaign has raised over $1,000,000 to aid our veterans across North America. Volunteers operate the Kappa Sigma Military Heroes Campaign, and the Kappa Sigma Fraternity covers all overhead, meaning that donors can be assured that 100% of your generous donations to the Military Heroes Campaign will go to our partners and our veterans.

About Our Event:

This year, the Beta-Psi and Upsilon-Delta chapters of Kappa Sigma will be proudly honoring our U.S. veterans by hosting the 41st Annual Apple Cup Run in support of the Military Heroes Campaign.

The Apple Cup Run is an event that revolves around the Apple Cup game which takes place this year on November 26th. This event is one which entails considerable effort. Members of the Upsilon-Delta chapter will take turns running the Apple Cup game ball ~150 miles from Martin Stadium through central Washington where it will then be passed on to members of the Beta-Psi chapter, who complete the remaining ~150 miles on foot to reach the Husky Stadium before the Apple Cup begins.
