Late last night (4/29/17), our good Friend Kapono Nihipali got into a Motorcycle accident. The injurys are extensive including a shattered femur. Anyone that knows Kapono personally knows that he is a very giving person, spreading his knowledge of Freediving/Spearfishing to the whole community. If you have speared a "Fish of a lifetime" and frequent California waters, there is a very good chance that our friend Kapono was apart of that process whether it was knowledge given or setting up your speargun rig.  Help pass on the word and help a fellow diver, like he has helped many of you.
