Hi everyone! Friday, the 13th of October, 2023 Kaori was hit by a car right in front of our house. The car did not even stop to see if she was okay and drove off. She just moved to San Francisco from Europe and not even two weeks of living in the new environment she now has to go through serious medical care.

She is now responsive and alert, but her leg was broken, she has some brain damage as well as some other less serious injuries.

We had to take her to the emergency care right away.

We are asking everyone who can to donate to this gofundme account to help us give her the best medical care. The emergency room and initial test and medications cost roughly 5,000 and the broken leg surgery will cost roughly about 10,000. Donations also accepted via Venmo: @Ruta15
