I am Daviea Taylor-Hicks and the Grandmother of an adoreable babyboy named Kannon Kai-Luther who was born September 15 with an anoxic brain injury during birth. He was actually without oxygen and without a heartbeat at delivery... God saw fit to allow Kannons resuscitation and saved his life.  He is still in the hospital and has a lot of challenges facing him when he is finally discharged to home. He will need lifelong care which will involve around the clock monitoring. His mother, my oldest daughter, is suffering greatly with sadness with what has happened to her babyboy.. we are all heartbroken for not only Kannon but her also. She is by his side everyday and wondering how she will meet his medical challenges and care.. she is not able to work currently but the bill's still need to be paid.. she wants to be able to bring Kannon home one day soon but concerned how she will manage.  We are still believing that God will heal Kannon in his time and his story will be a testimony for others. I am asking for help for my daughter to be able to bring Kannon home and be able to provide for him the care he will need.. we are thankful for any help we receive.. we also ask for continued prayers!!!!!!!
