Hello my name is Nichole Tulier. I made this go fund me account to help my best friend Patricia, who lost her precious son, Kane, September 6, 2020, just ten days shy of his 15th birthday.  Kane was very active in his High School. He was on the Football Team, the Track Team and played the Flute in Band. He also loved being a part of the Hunter Safety Team. Kane loved being outside exploring everything this world had to offer. Fishing was a huge passion of his and he did it as often as he could. Wise beyond his years he loved old music, typewriters and just about anything that was considered an antique. He was often seen wearing one of the many hats that he collected, which showed his unique personality. Everyone who knew Kane loved him. He was a sweet, genuine, respectful and loyal young man. He adored his family and his friends 

Patricia and Perquimans County High School want to do a yearly scholarship in honor of Kane. This is something that means a lot to her and I would love to help make it happen. She wants to give back to the community that was there for her in her time of need. The school system and her community have really gone above and beyond to support her during the last few months, which has meant the world to her. What better way to honor a precious life then to help another child succeed?

The only thing is, they need a certain amount in order for it to be a Permanent Scholarship. Unfortunately the past few fundraisers they held did not raise the amount needed. Please help us honor this precious life that was taken from us way to soon. Helping another child succeed and making their college path more accessible is just one way we can honor Kane. In order for the scholarship to be awarded annually, a certain amount of money must be raised. We only need about $4000 more for this to happen.
