Keller Williams is a company founded on the philosophy of culture and coming together to help our own in times of crisis. One of our associates, Kandice Gunn, and her family awoke early this morning to smoke, which within minutes, ignited into an electrical fire. There are very few belongings in their house that can be salvaged due to being melted or damaged by water. The house also has extensive structural damage to the garage, ceilings, and assumably its electrical infrastructure. In addition, both cars in the driveway at the time were total losses. 100% of the money raised in this fund will go directly to Kandice and her family to start replacing belongings, pay insurance deductibles, and any other costs associated with being displaced during this time. Kandice has been an agent with us for many years and with all of her friends, family, and fellow agents help, our culture of coming together to help one another can really make a difference in this family's life.
