KaMora’s Road to recovery

My name is Ebony, and I am a single mother of four. I work hard to provide for my children and help others whenever I can. In July 2022, my youngest child was diagnosed with lymphoma. Throughout intense chemotherapy, I balanced working full-time while being her primary support, which was mentally and emotionally exhausting. September of 2024 We had a house fire where we lost EVERYTHING, by Gods grace we made it through that and we were still actively rebuilding our lives to get back to some normalcy however…

On February 12, we came to the hospital for a simple procedure, but complications arose, leading to an unexpected admission. As of now, we are facing a hospital stay of at least 90 days. Since my children rely solely on me, I have had to put my pride aside and ask for help. Anyone who knows me knows that I would rather be the giver than the receiver, so making this request has been extremely difficult and overwhelming. However, I am reaching out because my priority HAS to be my child’s recovery and well-being.

KaMora is the sweetest 13 year old she attends Bath middle school plays soccer and is on the cheerleading team.
