Mi nombre es Kamila Colón y el 22/03/2025 fui el día en que mi vida cambio por completo. Estaba con una amiga muy cercana y me dirigía a llevarla a su casa hasta que llego un carro y nos impactó por detrás. Gracias a Dios mi amiga no tuvo tan graves consecuencias pero a mi Me llevaron a urgencias al hospital y estuve en cuidados intensivos. Ese día me habían declarado muerta, los doctores tuvieron que hacer su labor de reanimarme porque por la gravedad de mi accidente pude haber muerto pero Dios me ayudó y me dio la oportunidad de seguir viviendo y estoy agradecida. He tenido mas de 5 cirugías debido a que del accidente la pelvis, la piernas, el femur y mis caderas quedaron rotas.

Como todos saben un accidente como este trae muchos gastos médicos y no todo es cubierto por los seguros.

Mi familia y yo seguimos lidiando con altos y muchos gastos médicos por eso me atrevo acercarme por este medio a solicitar tu colaboración si deseas. Durante todo este mes a través de esta plataforma GoFundme puedes ayudar con lo que te sea posible. Mi meta es lograr $10,000.00

My name is Kamila Colón, and March 22, 2025, was the day my life changed completely.

I was with a very close friend and was on my way to take her home when a car crashed into us from behind.

Thank God my friend didn’t suffer serious injuries, but I was rushed to the emergency room and placed in intensive care. That day, I was declared dead—doctors had to work to resuscitate me because, due to the severity of the accident, I could have died. But God helped me and gave me the opportunity to keep living, and I am so grateful.

I’ve had more than five surgeries because the accident left my pelvis, legs, femur, and hips broken.

As you may know, an accident like this brings many medical expenses, and not everything is covered by insurance.

My family and I are still dealing with high and ongoing medical bills, which is why I’m reaching out through this platform to kindly ask for your support if you feel moved to help.
