Kalvin’s tumor removal fund

Kalvin was surrendered to our rescue with his brother after their owner suffered an accident. Upon examination I found mass on Kalvins mammary gland. Knowing any mammary mass on a male guinea pig isn’t good, I rushed him to the vet as soon as I could.

Upon further evaluation our exotic veterinarian noticed such mass and the bloody fluid that came out of it. Our veterinarian also noticed a strange feeling on his second mammary gland. Unfortunately medicine doesn’t really treat mammary tumors and surgery is our only option. Since I have taken three guinea pigs to the vet last week, the rescues funds have been exhausted. 

I am asking for donations to help Kalvin get the surgery he needs. Kalvin is a young, 2 year old boar who has a lot to live for. If he makes it through his surgery we will be placed for adoption!
