Kalli Frankie Jimenez

Last week our niece Kalli Frankie Jimenez experienced significant pain in her stomach which led to her making a trip to the emergency department.  Little did we know she’d be admitted to the hospital, scheduled for emergency surgery and diagnosed with cancer.  Now she’s faced with an 8-week healing process from the surgery that removed most, but not all, the cancer along with a good portion of her stomach.  Once that’s done, an aggressive chemotherapy will follow.  The entire process could take several months.

 

As too many people know, this is not something that one plans for.  Kalli is a single, self-employed, mother of two.  Because her business, Lashes by Kalli, depends on her working, she will not be able to keep her business operational while she recovers.  The chemotherapy that follows will weaken her immune system and make her a high risk for COVID.  This will further delay her ability to return to work.

 

Kalli takes great pride in caring for her beautiful boys, a 5-year-old and a 1.5-year-old.  She’s a great mom and works hard to be self-sufficient.  She works so tirelessly on her business with so much passion, precise and she is a fighter and takes challenges on headfirst but this time, she will not be able to fight this fight on her own.  We’ve started this page to help Kalli with a goal of raising $10,000 so she can focus on healing and fighting the cancer. Any support offered would be most appreciated!
