Kaliyah's Trip to Washington, DC
Hey my name is Kaliyah and I am raising money to particitpate in the National Youth Leadership Forum Pathways to STEM.Its an Evision program to be held at 4H Youth Conference Center in Washington, DC. I will join other students around the world in intentsive, engaging, hand-on workshop focused on five skills that are essential to success, communication, critical thinking, resonates with the students, and ensures an engaging and interactive experience.I will delve into the world of medicine, discover how to program a robot, and learn about detective work and crime scene investigation.This program will provide me with a creative, nuturing environment in which to understand and practice the skills of effective leadership and gain self-awareness and empathy. In 2017, NYFL Pathway to STEM will host 5 nights and 6 days. Enrollment is on a space available basis, and students will be accepted strictly in the order in which enrollments received. The amount of $499 is due by November 18, 2016. Remaining payments of $2,500 will be in a installment amount of $284.17. Any amount will truly be a blessing to me. When I return, I wound be honored to give you a presentation on what I have learned from this tremendous educational experience.
