Hello Everyone! It's been a while since you've heard from me, especially if you do not follow me on social media. I am reaching out through my old gofundme page from my study abroad to the Middle East.
I wanted to update everyone. Thanks to all of your support I was able to travel abroad and it has changed my life.
I am graduating in May (May 8th to be exact) and will be attending Georgetown University pursuing a Master Degree of Science in Foreign Service. This will be fully funded by a fellowship I've obtained that will ensure me a career as a US Diplomat (the fellowship is partnered with the US State Department). I've attached my graduation announcement and figured this was the best way to reach everyone. I will be moving to DC this summer to start my internship on Capitol Hill and then I will begin grad school in the Fall. I am looking to raise money to help with the cost of moving and to ease the financial burden of the transition to DC, as it is much more expensive than Atlanta.
I would be appreciative of any seed you could sow.
