Help Kaleb Attend Gymnastics Camp
Hi! I'm Sharon, Kaleb's mom.
Kaleb is an amazingly talented, faithful, kind, funny, respectful, loving, and intelligent 11 year old, who aspires to be an Olympic gymnast.
Kaleb is signed up for a summer gymnastics camp at the University of Michigan with the U of M head coaches and their team members.
In case men's gymnastics isn't your thing, U of M men's gymnasts have won the last 5 Big 10 (B16) championships (22 in program history) and some of their athletes are current Olympic medalists!!!
This is a big deal for Kaleb!!!
He wants to
- refine some skills,
- get some help from different coaches/athletes,
- progress on his next level skills,
- have some fun, and
- keep those Olympic dreams alive and growing!
Kaleb is so hard-working!!! He spends 3 - 4 days a week for 2½ - 3 hrs in the gym. He works new skills. He repeats previous skills. He helps keep practice fun with competitive games and jokes. He helps the younger athletes. Outside of the gym, he takes drum lessons and Schuhplattlers (historic cultural dancing). (He is on a short pause for that.) He also has had straight As for a long time!! He loves being outside and playing gaga ball, baseball, football with friends at school, and swimming.
Kaleb and I tremendously appreciate all support and encouragement for him. Thank you!!!
Believe me, it is hard for us to ask because we both always take care of things ourselves. So thanks for reading this far & considering helping out; thanks again for your support and encouragement of Kaleb in his gymnastics!
