im going through a lot financially due to family commitments, recovery commitments and going private for my individual CBT therapy. Only problem is it costs a arm and a leg each week.

a few people have messages saying a gofundme is a good and valid idea, Im a little hesitant as low self esteem and asking for help seems wrong, but Im doing this for my recovery and im going to give anything a go as I want to commit to getting better.
