Please join Kakatiya Medical College Alumni Kartheek Ganta, Shyam Odeti, Rajesh Gujjula, Deepak Garipalli, Chaitanya Chekkilla, and Rahul Nayani, Namratha Vontela and others in this crucial initiative to provide resources for proper care to patients in the region of Warangal and Telangana.
COVID -19 has created an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in India. Shortages of oxygen and medical equipment are daily stories now. Warangal and Telangana are no exceptions and have been reporting daily spikes in COVID-19 related cases and deaths. As Kakatiya Medical College Alumni, we want to pitch in and do our part towards helping our Alma Mater. We are requesting donations from KMC Alumni and from other kind-hearted souls who can contribute to the cause.
We are working with Osmania University Medical Alumni Association(501c non-profit organization), aka Osmania Gandhi Kakatiya Telangana Medical Alumni Association of America (OGKTMA.COM), to send hospital-grade Oxygen Concentrators and flow meters to MGM Hospital (Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital), Warangal. Depending on our capability, we plan to offer supplies to other hospitals in the region.
