Addiction is a curse, both on the person who is suffering from it and on their families. Kaitlyn was a beautiful soul. In fact, this ugly world did not deserve her. Her dream was to save animals. She accomplished that in a few different ways, such as working with animal rescues like Cat Action Team and working at grooming/ boarding facilities. Despite her eczema, she would put all animals above her own comfort and do everything she could to provide them the best chances at survival and a happy life. She's been covered in scratches, blood, dirt, fur.... and she kept smiling the whole time.
Unfortunately, at 9:53am on March 15th, she took her last breath. She lost the battle with the darkness and now our family could use a little bit of light. Please consider helping with the cost of her cremation and a small memorial service. Anything helps. We just want to honor her memory.
