Katelyn’s bucket list

This fundraiser is for my sister Katelyn. She has recently received news, at the age of 29, that her brain cancer has returned. Katelyn fought a long hard battle and won with this cancer at 18 years old. To hear it has returned is just devastating. The doctors have given her a short 3 to 4 months on this earth. Although Katelyn is such a strong woman, she has made the choice that the fight is too much for her to do again. Her family is standing by her side on this incredibly hard decision. With all these hard conversations and choices Katelyn has made a bucket list she would like to complete. As a family we are here to help Katelyn to fill her bucket list and be by her side through these hard times. We ask that if you are able to donate to help Katelyn check off the items of her bucket list we would very appreciative. Katelyns Bucket list: * Go to North Carolina to see friends and family who have been a part of her younger life as a child. Katelyn has very fond memories and wants to return for a visit. She also wants to see and spend time at the beach again. * Visit with family and friends in Iowa and Missouri. * skydive (!?!? -- we're not so sure about this one! ) * Any other thing she comes up with that she wants to do! Her mother, Trish, has taken time off of work to be with her. Her brother Tyler also has taken time off of work from Michigan. When they get back from North Carolina, the plan is for Trish and Tyler to stay in Missouri with Katelyn for the duration.
