Kaitlyn Partridge Cannon
Donation protected
Kaitlyn was apparently bitten by a venomous spider last week and was rushed by ambulance to University Medical Center in Jackson, MS for emergency surgery to save her right arm. They determined she indeed had necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria) and they performed a procedure to open (filet) her arm from wrist to elbow to allow it to swell and drain without causing the tissue to die any further. Her fever has been as high as 103.5. She is a very sick young lady. She will require 2-6 weeks of IV Antibiotics and will be confined to the hospital for quite some time. Needless to say she is unable to work and there is no income to help pay her bills and provide for her 11 month old son. Please find it in your heart to donate anything you can, no gift is too small. And please continue to pray for healing, as she has a long road of recovery ahead. Her case is very rare and she will need rehab to gain use of her arm again. She isn't out of the woods yet!
