Mujeres en situación de violencia política

KAIROS somos una organización que trabaja desde el año 2020 con mujeres en diferentes contextos de violencia política. De carácter internacional, tenemos sede física en Guipuzkoa y presencia en Europa y África.
A través de un enfoque feminista, antirracista y transcultural, desarrollamos diversos proyectos que enfrentan las vulneraciones de DDHH que afectan, de forma fundamental o diferenciada, a las mujeres.
Cada apoyo cuenta y el tuyo nos permite seguir trabajando en estos tres proyectos que tenemos en marcha:
- Supervivientes de la Mutilación Genital Femenina (MGF)
- Mujeres en movimiento, en situación de frontera o refugio
- Activistas, voluntarias y defensoras de Derechos Humanos
La independencia financiera nos permite mantener la autonomía y transparencia en nuestro trabajo.
Tu aportación apoya directamente la estructura y nos ayuda a cubrir los gastos de desplazamiento y estancia de las personas que colaboran con Kairos desde el terreno y los gastos derivados de los siguientes proyectos:
MUTILACIÓN GENITAL EN EGIPTO. VIOLENCIA SEXUAL
Egipto es el país del mundo con mayores cifras de Mutilación Genital Femenina (MGF). Desde Kairos, desarrollamos:
- Investigación y monitoreo de la incidencia de la mutilación genital en las zonas rurales de Egipto. Aunque esta práctica es ilegal desde 2008, sigue teniendo una incidencia cercana al 90% y la práctica en la clandestinidad supone un mayor peligro para las niñas
- Elaboración de herramientas respetuosas para la entrevista con mujeres supervivientes de MGF.
- Acompañamiento y soporte para la reparación médica y psicosexual.
MUJERES EN MOVIMIENTO. FRONTERA Y REFUGIO
Los procesos migratorios ponen en peligro los cuerpos y las vidas de las personas que atraviesan las fronteras, y además, tienen unos impactos diferenciados y específicos sobre las mujeres.
Construcción de nuevos campos cerrados en Grecia:
La Unión Europea ha impulsado la construcción de cinco nuevos centros aislados, cerrados y vigilados, consolidando así su dirección en las políticas migratorias. Desde Kairos, desarrollamos:
- Estudio de los impactos diferenciados en cuanto a género de los nuevos campos cerrados.
- Informe técnico de las políticas arquitectónicas en la construccion de estos campos.
Apoyo en investigación y acompañamiento feminista a organizaciones en terreno: frontera norte (Irun/Hendaye) y sur (Ceuta/Melilla/Canarias):
Desde 2018 el flujo migratorio se ha visto reforzado en la ruta de la frontera sur española, teniendo repercusión también en el paso de Irun hacia territorio francés. Desde Kairos, desarrollamos:
- Investigación y monitoreo con perspectiva feminista de la vulneración de derechos de las mujeres migrantes, en colaboración con las organizaciones en terreno, de los espacios de frontera Sur y tránsito en frontera Norte.
- Elaboración de herramientas para una acogida y acompañamiento respetuoso para las mujeres en situación de frontera.
- Acciones formativas y apoyo a las personas dedicadas al acompañamiento y acogida de mujeres en frontera.

KAIROS 2020tik testuinguru ezberdinetan indarkeria politikoa jasaten duten emakumeekin lanean diharduen erakundea gara. Nazioarteko izaera izanik, egoitza fisikoa Gipuzkoan dago eta Europan eta Afrikan egiten dugu lan.
Ikuspegi feminista, antirrazista eta transkultural baten bidez, funtsean edo bereiziki emakumeei eragiten dieten Giza Eskubideen urraketei aurre egiteko hainbat proiektu garatzen ditugu.
Laguntza guztiak dira garrantzitsuak eta zureak abian dauzkagun ondorengo proiektuetan lanean jarraitzea ahalbidetzen digu:
- Mugimenduan dauden neskak eta emakumeak; mugan edo babes egoeran
- Emakumeen Mutilazio Genitaletik (MGF) bizirik irten direnak
- Giza Eskubideen aldeko aktibistak, boluntarioak eta defendatzaileak.
Finantziazioarekiko independiente izateak gure lanaren autonomia eta gardentasuna bermatzen du.
Zure ekarpenak gure egitura babesten du zuzenean, Kairosekin tokian bertan elkarlanean diharduten pertsonen joan-etorri eta egonaldiko eta ondorengo proiektuetatik eratorritako gastuak ordaintzen lagunduz:
MUTILAZIO GENITALA EGIPTON. SEXU-INDARKERIA
Egipto da Mutilazio Genital Femeninoaren (MGF) zifra handienak dituen munduko herrialdea. Kairosetik, hauek garatzen ditugu:
- Egiptoko landa-eremuetan mutilazio genitalak duen eragina ikertzea eta monitorizatzea. Nahiz eta mutilazio genitala legez kanpokoa izan 2008tik, %90 inguruko eragina izaten jarraitzen du, eta klandestinitatean egiteak arrisku handiagoa dakarkie neskei.
- MGFtik bizirik atera diren emakumeekin elkarrizketa egiteko rrespetuzko baliabideak.
- Sendabide mediku eta psikosexuala jasotzeko laguntza eta baliabideak.
EMAKUMEAK MUGIMENDUAN. MUGA ETA BABESA
Migrazio-prozesuek arriskuan jartzen dituzte mugak zeharkatzen dituzten pertsonen gorputzak eta bizitzak, emakumeengan eragin bereiziak eta berariazkoak izanik.
Kanpamendu itxi berrien eraikuntza Grezian:
Europar Batasunak bost egitura bakartu, itxi eta zaindu berri eraikitzea bultzatu du, migrazio-politiketan bere norabidea sendotuz. Kairosetik, ondorengoak lantzen ditugu:
- Egitura itxi berriek, generoari erreparatuz, zer nolako eraginak dituzten aztertzea.
- Eremu horiek eraikitzeko orduan politika arkitektonikoei buruzko txosten teknikoa.
Tokian bertan lanean ari diern erakundeei ikerketa eta akonpainamendu feminista egiten lagutza, Iparraldeko mugan (Irun/Hendaye) eta hegoaldekoan (Ceuta/Melilla/Canarias):
2018az geroztik, migrazio-fluxua ugaritu egin da Espainiako hegoaldeko mugan, eta horrek eragina izan du Irundik Frantziarako pasabidean ere. Kairosen, ondorengoak egiten ditugu:
- Emakume migratzaileen eskubideen urraketa ikuspegi feministarekin ikertzea eta monitorizatzea, tokian tokiko erakundeekin lankidetzan, Hegoaldeko mugako guneetan eta Iparraldeko igarobideetan.
- Mugan dauden emakumeei harrera eta laguntza duina emateko baliabideak prestatzea.
- Mugan emakumeei harrera egiten eta laguntzen ari diren pertsonentzako prestakuntza eta babes ekintzak.

KAIROS is an organization that has been working since 2020 with women in different contexts of political violence. With an international dimension, the physical headquarters are in Spain and we have a presence in Europe and Africa.
Through a feminist, anti-racist and transcultural approach, we develop diverse projects that confront the human rights violations that affect women in a fundamental or differentiated way.
Every support counts and yours allows us to continue working on these three ongoing projects:
- Survivors of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)
- Girls and women on the move, in border or refugee situations.
- Activists, volunteers and women human rights defenders.
Financial independence allows us to maintain autonomy and transparency in our work.
Your contribution directly supports our structure, helping us to cover the travel and living expenses of the people who work with Kairos on the ground and the costs of the following projects:
GENITAL MUTILATION IN EGYPT. SEXUAL VIOLENCE
Egypt is the country with the highest rates of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in the world. From Kairos, we develop:
- Research and monitoring of the incidence of genital mutilation in rural areas in Egypt. Although this practice is illegal since 2008, it still has an incidence close to 90% and the practice in clandestinity poses a greater danger to girls.
- Development of respectful tools for interviewing women survivors of FGM.
- Accompaniment and support for medical and psychosexual reparation.
WOMEN ON THE MOVE. BORDER AND REFUGE
Migratory processes endanger the bodies and lives of people crossing borders, and they have a differentiated and specific impact on women.
Construction of new closed camps in Greece
The European Union has promoted the construction of five new isolated, closed and guarded centres, thus consolidating its direction in migration policies. From Kairos, we have developed:
- Study of the gender-differentiated impacts of the new closed camps.
- Technical report of the architectural policies in the construction of these camps.
Support to organizations on the ground for research and accompaniment with a feminist perspective, in the North Border (Irun/Hendaye) and South (Ceuta/Melilla/Canarias):
Since 2018 the migratory flow has been reinforced in the route of the Spanish southern border, having repercussions also in the passage of Irun towards French territory. From Kairos, we develop:
- Research and monitoring bringing a feminist perspective of the violation of the rights of migrant women, in collaboration with organizations in the field, in the spaces of the South border and transit in the North border.
- Elaboration of tools for a respectful reception and accompaniment of women in border situations.
- Training actions and support for people dedicated to the accompaniment and reception of women at the border.
Once again this year we are doing this together.
